¿Tienes experiencia en atención al cliente y te apasiona el trabajo en un entorno internacional? Desde TEMPS, colaboramos con una empresa logística del sector químico, donde precisan incorporar a
un/a Customer Service
en la zona de Rubí.

FUNCIONES:

  • Introducción de pedidos urgentes vía teléfonica o directamente recibidos a través del ERP.
  • Responder a las consultas de clientes respecto el status de sus pedidos
  • Coordinación con la agencia de transportes para la entrega de los pedidos urgentes
  • Coordinación con el departamento de Operaciones (Almacén) para la entrega de los pedidos urgentes
  • Facturación y abono de incidencias
  • Gestión de garantías en coordinación con el departamento técnico
  • Apoyo en la gestión de los pedidos regular del mercado nacional y export
  • Apoyo administrativo general (backoffice) de acuerdo a las necesidades del departamento

REQUISITOS:

  • Formación académica: Mínimo CFGM preferible Administración o Comercio Internacional (se valorará positivamente carrera universitaria)
  • Trato con cliente
  • Inglés y francés
    medio - alto (ser capaz de atender llamadas básicas a los clientes y apoyo a la sección de Export).
  • Experiencia valorable de 2 años en call-center y centralita, especialmente con enfoque comercial.

SE OFRECE:

  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 18:00h.
  • Salario: – 30.000€ b/a
  • Contratación indefinida con la empresa.
  • Proyecto estable y de larga duración
