Here the description:
The Sale merchandiser will be responsible for WSLG & Wbelts categories :
• Daily/Weekly sales analysis to implement actions to sustain & optimize sales. (stock rebalancing, incentives, VM)
• In depth AdHoc analysis to better understand the business and finding opportunities (business reviews, COMEX, ongoing reporting...)
• Direct contact with merchandiser in local markets to better understand local performance/needs/upcoming events etc + assist them in daily requests
• Strong collaboration with Demand Planning/Distribution for deliveries & stock monitoring (both on permanent & newness offer) + ad hoc subjects (delivery priorities, cancellations...)
• Contribute in increasing sales plan accuracy in collaboration with sales planning team
• Collaboration with Collection Merchandising to discuss market needs, sales performance...
• Elaborate End of season sales strategy (stock analysis & visual proposal)
• Collect market intelligence and market trends to be alert on business needs
• Work with CRM for better understanding of client profile
• Communicate with training on key information and possible actions for launches
Lead buying strategy for his categories with objective to meet the business and client needs, sustain image & monitor assortment efficiency :
• Collection total sales ambition, prebuys, central buying strategy, cluster strategy
• Consolidation & analysis of regional sales
• Final orders to Supply Chain, assort, and manage product lifecycle
PROFILE
• Based in Madrid/ willing to move to Madrid, flexible for traveling (main destination is Paris)
• 5 years of experience in region or central sales merchandising position (Leather goods category experience preferred)
• Experience with luxury and Fashion brands
• Client and business oriented mindset
• With product and fashion sensibility
• Analytical mindset is a must, needs to be organized
• Excellent Excel level | Power Point level
• Power BI /Anaplan knowledge is a plus
• Proactiveness and flexibility (due to a constantly evolving industry)
• Strong team player, high communication skills
• Fluent english is a must (international team/ communication with international markets)
