Write to us We are looking for the talents of a **Sales Assistant / Visual Merchandiser (M/F)** to join our retail team at the Madrid Apartment. This position is based in Madrid. Reporting to the Store Director, your main responsibilities will be: **As a Sales Advisor**: **Delivering a unique customer experience**: - Make the customer the priority of the apartment to ensure optimal customer service ; - Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (grooming standards) ; - Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy to offer them the best possible experience ; - Consider the personality of your Customers to identify their desires ; - Introduce the Brand and our different universes/products ; - Be an ambassador for the Brand's omnichannel approach (apartment and web) ; - Show curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and products ; - Be proactive in suggesting specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique ; - Handle complaints and customer dissatisfaction to satisfy and retain our customers ; - Know our CSR policy to respond to customers. **Ensuring the Brand image**: - Check product labeling on the floor ; - Participate in merchandising implementation and ensure its follow-up ; - Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience ; - Monitor and maintain the commercial level of the point of sale ; - Have a fashion culture to be able to make suggestions ; - Ensure product presentation conforms to Sezane's DNA ; - Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience ; - Monitor and maintain the commercial level of points of sale ; - Organize your work according to needs, priorities, and commercial planning. **Ensuring smooth Operations**: - Process transactions and respect procedures related to operations ; - Perform specific process treatments (returns, exchanges, reservations) ; - Participate in defining the necessary staff to meet customer expectations ; - Ensure proper inventory management. **Having team spirit**: - Be a team player, participate in all ancillary tasks ; - Participate in creating a positive and harmonious environment to create group synergy ; - Relay the brand's commitments. **As a Visual Merchandiser, your missions will be**: **Being the Guarantor of the Retail brand image**: - Ensure product presentation conforms to Sezane's DNA ; - Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience ; - Monitor and maintain the commercial level of points of sale ; - Organize your work according to needs, priorities, and commercial planning. **Raising awareness and training teams in VM**: - Disseminate and circulate VM information (focus, VM standards, trends, etc.) via meetings or a merchandising book ; - Send look guidelines and rack setups to stores to facilitate merchandising changes ; - Maintain active communication with different managers to best meet their expectations ; - Conduct store visits with the "Merch Checklist" to organize work and target needs. **Overseeing the scenography of Apartments**: - Ensure proper management of store furniture ; - Be responsible for POS materials & merchandising supports ; - Ensure the management and monitoring of service providers (flowers, books, etc.) ; - Manage projects and work (window displays, product presentation updates, pop-ups, etc.). **Requirements**: - You have previous successful experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, restaurants, sales, events... or not yet, but are driven by customer relations ? - Passionate about fashion, you have a good understanding of trends, are proactive with suggestions, and have a strategic/commercial vision of products ; - You have team spirit, the desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and galvanizing environment ; - You don't like to be bored because you have boundless energy?
