About the Job
At Opella , we're on a mission to serve healthier, fuller lives. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented student to support our Medical Affairs team across Spain and Western Europe. You'll work on meaningful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience. The Medical Lead's mission is to generate innovative medical insights that translate into the promotion of our Opella products portfolio whilst ensuring their appropriate use, to improve the health and the well-being of our consumers by finding healthcare solutions and services utilizing the highest ethical and compliance standards.
Main Responsibilities
As a valued team member, you will:
Contribute to the delivery of local medical plans by supporting the execution of prioritized activities.
Assist in scientific contribution to brand plans by conducting literature searches, preparing scientific summaries, and participating in cross-functional discussions to help identify opportunities for scientific differentiation.
Assist in organizing scientific events (e.g., webinars, trainings, advisory discussions) by supporting logistics, preparing scientific materials, and helping monitor KPIs.
Assist with medical review processes by preparing materials for review and supporting the senior medical reviewers in their evaluations of promotional and non-promotional content.
Support preparation of medical training materials and help deliver internal training sessions (e.g., disease awareness, product science), ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
Participate in medical information (MI) activities by helping maintain standard responses, supporting the management of escalated queries and helping train the MI partner on new updates.
About you
We welcome applicants who bring diverse perspectives and a passion for learning. You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field, completed and officially recognized within the European framework, obtained no more than three years ago.

A collaborative mindset and team spirit
Experience with digital platforms and scientific AI tools
Language skills:
Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.
