Your Role: Accelerate our growth in the U.S. market

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in Fleet's expansion in the U.S. market.

You will work directly with Alex (Founder) and Peter (General Manager), at the core of our international sales strategy.

Your Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for the U.S. market.
  • Target mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Revenue Generation:

  • Own your sales targets and contribute significantly to revenue growth.
  • Acquire new clients while expanding existing accounts.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.

Market Insights & Analysis:

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Provide strategic feedback to internal teams (Product, Marketing, Ops).

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful deployments.

Your Profile:

At Fleet, we know the best entrepreneurs don't always follow a traditional path.

What matters most to us:

  • Solid B2B sales experience with proven overachievement.
  • 3 years' experience in enterprise sales (ideally SaaS, Hardware-as-a-Service, or tech services).
  • A consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong ability to analyze, structure, and execute a data-driven sales strategy.
  • Fluent in English (daily interactions with U.S. clients).
  • A strong appetite for fast-moving environments, autonomy, and building "from scratch."
