In Deiner Rolle als Property Manager - Mallorca (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unser Operations Team vor Ort auf Mallorca.
Aufgaben- Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Betreuung und Koordination der Instandhaltung des Immobilienportfolios auf Mallorca.
- Du planst und koordinierst Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch externe Dienstleister und überprüfst die Qualität der Umsetzung.
- Du überwachst Renovierungsarbeiten und koordinierst Handwerksunternehmen und Lieferanten.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im handwerklichen- oder Immobilienbereich, Innenarchitektur, Facility-Management, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar.
- Du hast ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von Immobilien und bist handwerklich geschickt.
- Du besitzt umfassende Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Immobilien und der Planung und Kontrolle von baulichen Maßnahmen.
- Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und viel Eigeninitiative.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Du verfügst über einen PKW-Führerschein der Klasse B.
