 Job Purpose

Maintain and improve the ecosystem of the Revenue Department in accordance with Vueling policy to have robust and efficient systems.

Main Accountabilities

• Guarantee the proper functioning of critical external systems.
• Minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution of incidents in revenue systems.
• Enhance system efficiency, robustness, and reliability.
• Document processes, incidents, and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
• Foster organizational learning, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
• Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee´s hand.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

• Monitor, maintain, and ensure the correct operation of external systems with external vendors.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents in internal revenue systems, or escalate them to IT as needed.
• Participate in initiatives to automate processes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue team's workflows.
• Document processes, incidents, and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
• Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.

Main Relationships

• IT, Data Science & Analytics, Data, Pricing, External Providers/Vendors, Route Optimization Team and Ancillaries.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in economics, data science, engineering or a related field. 
• Python or SQL Knowledge.
  
  

Experience 

• Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience as revenue analyst.

Languages 

• English C1
• Spanish C1
