About the Role :

Our client,
Xiaomi
, is one of the world's leading technology innovators, known for building high-quality smartphones, smart devices, and digital ecosystems that connect millions of users worldwide.

As part of their continued growth in Europe, they are expanding the
Xiaomi App Store Operations
team in Spain. We are looking for a Local Operations Specialist to support the local market, focusing on user insights, operational excellence, and community engagement.

This is a remote position (Spain-based), ideal for professionals who are passionate about mobile apps, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.

Position Summary :

The
Local Operations Specialist
will act as the key liaison between
Xiaomi's global product teams
and the
local user community
in Spain. You'll play an important role in understanding user needs, analyzing data, managing engagement, and driving improvements in Xiaomi's app ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the
    local expert
    for Xiaomi's App Store operations in Spain.
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize
    user insights and market trends
    .
  • Conduct
    weekly reports
    highlighting user feedback and experience issues.
  • Collaborate with
    global and regional teams
    (product, engineering, marketing) to enhance local app performance.
  • Manage
    community engagement
    through the Xiaomi Fans community, supporting brand loyalty and user satisfaction.
  • Support
    local marketing campaigns
    and
    user research
    initiatives.
  • Ensure
    operational compliance
    with local regulations and Xiaomi's global standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business, Data Analysis
    , or related field.
  • Previous experience in
    user operations, customer support, or community management
    .
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in
    Excel
    (knowledge of
    SQL
    or
    Python
    is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Spanish and English
    .
  • Passion for
    technology, mobile apps
    , and
    Xiaomi's ecosystem
    .
  • Highly
    proactive
    ,
    detail-oriented
    , and capable of working independently in a
    remote environment
    .
  • Experience within a
    tech or app-based organization
    is an advantage.
