El contexto
Buscamos a la persona que lidere la propuesta de valor y el ciclo completo del producto hipotecario en una entidad líder. Gestionarás el portfolio, las palancas de pricing y riesgo, y coordinarás stakeholders clave para escalar y estabilizar el producto en el mercado.
La misión
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de producto hipotecario, garantizando rentabilidad, sostenibilidad y adecuación por segmento, maximizando conversión, eficiencia operativa y experiencia de cliente.
Responsabilidades clave
- Diseñar la propuesta de valor y el posicionamiento del producto (por segmentos y ofertas).
- Desarrollar y gobernar la estrategia de pricing (elasticidad, segmentación, rentabilidad objetivo).
- Interlocutar con Riesgos, Finanzas, Marketing, Canales y BI para alinear objetivos y ejecución.
- Impulsar nuevos productos/variantes (jóvenes, no residentes, mixtas, ESG) y acuerdos institucionales.
- Asegurar cumplimiento normativo y trazabilidad del producto end-to-end.
- Patrocinar y priorizar desarrollos IT (MVP/POC) y mejoras del producto.
- Definir estrategia de retención y postventa para reducir fuga y mejorar vinculación.
- Liderar un equipo de 3 PM, desarrollando talento y performance.
Lo que necesitas
- Experiencia sólida en productos hipotecarios o préstamos.
- Conocimiento financiero avanzado (P&L, consumo de capital) y sensibilidad de riesgo.
- Dominio de pricing, rentabilidad y métricas de negocio.
- Visión estratégica con capacidad de ejecución (accountability) y entrega de resultados.
- Comunicación efectiva "up & down" y gestión de stakeholders complejos.
- Liderazgo transversal e influencia para alinear áreas y conseguir inversión/priorización.
