About the Role:
As a Senior Accountant and Controller, you will play a key role in managing the school's financial health. You will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including verifying, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable. You will prepare accurate financial statements, support month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly contribute to strategic decision-making by providing clear financial insights and maintaining robust internal controls.

Who We Are Looking For:
You are detail-oriented, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a relevant degree in Accounting or Business Administration and bring proven experience in finance or audit. You are confident in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance, and can work with multiple legal entities. Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize under pressure, and a commitment to accuracy are essential. You value collaboration, integrity, and excellence, and you can communicate effectively in English and Spanish. If you are proactive, solutions-driven, and passionate about supporting educational success through sound financial management, we want to hear from you.
