Buscamos Consultores de Comerciantes en Valencia para ser el experto de referencia de nuestros socios existentes. Serás un entrenador de ofertas, ayudando a optimizar promociones y a crecer a las pequeñas empresas, incluso recuperando antiguos socios. Te daremos formación de primer nivel en ventas y relaciones con clientes desde el Día Uno.

Lo que harás:

  • Reenganchar a antiguos comerciantes con llamadas en frío para cerrar y crecer acuerdos.
  • Optimizar campañas para impulsar ingresos.
  • Construir relaciones sólidas y entender el negocio de cada comerciante.
  • Resolver problemas y asegurar el buen funcionamiento de las campañas.
  • Alcanzar y superar objetivos de ventas.

Requisitos clave:

  • Dominio/nivel nativo de Español (hablado y escrito).
  • Éxito en ventas (llamadas en frío y ventas adicionales son un plus).
  • Experiencia en soporte a comerciantes o clientes.
  • Habilidades analíticas, de resolución de problemas y servicio al cliente.
  • Fuertes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
