If you want to take more ownership of your career, then you're ready to be part of Groupon. **Merchant Operations Representative **takes care of Groupon merchants (partners) service quality by providing them with professional, helpful information and assistance in solving merchants queries related to the partnership with GROUPON, acting in accordance with company’s procedures and standards. Does that sound like a compelling place to work? **You’ll spend time on the following**: - Resolving issues submitted in all channels in accordance with the current procedures and according to the set time standards, in Italian - Close cooperation with other departments, in order to provide the best merchant and customer service experience in accordance with business standards - Act as a liaison with other departments (Sales, Customer Service, Editorial & Finance) to address any cross departmental issues impacting the merchant - Participation in all trainings, refresh-trainings and meetings organized by QA and Trainers team, supervisors and/or managers - Having updated knowledge of post-‐launch deal issues and how to best resolve these issues - performing other duties as assigned by managers **We’re excited about you if you have**: - high school degree - Previous experience with B2C and an e-commerce company will be an asset - Computer Literacy, MS and Office & Windows environment - C1 level of Italian and also min. B2 English - Ability to identify both customers and merchants needs - Positive and efficient tone in all communication with co-‐workers both within and outside of Merchant Operations - Good knowledge of consumer law and COPC standards will be a strong asset - Ability to adapt to fast changing environment and processes - Ability to work in a loud, open space work environment - Ability to work irregular hours or rotating shifts **_Groupon is an Equal Opportunity Employer _** **#LI-Hybrid **Groupon is an Equal Opportunity Employer**:
