Manager of Manufacturing
B. Braun desea incorporar un Manager of Manufacturing a turno partido, con experiencia en entornos industriales, que lidere y supervise el correcto funcionamiento técnico y humano de los procesos productivos asignados en todos los turnos. Esta posición es clave para garantizar la eficiencia operativa, la calidad del producto, la seguridad del equipo y la mejora continua en planta.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Supervisar procesos, maquinaria, instalaciones y sistemas en todos los turnos.
  • Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento técnico de los procesos productivos.
  • Coordinar y supervisar al personal a su cargo, incluyendo planificación de recursos y seguimiento de desempeño.
  • Gestionar la formación del equipo (Validating Learning) y detectar necesidades formativas.
  • Facilitar la comunicación entre turnos y con otras áreas alineando objetivos y asegurando una adecuada integración de los turnos.
  • Coordinar con el área técnica para la mejora de procesos.
  • Liderar reuniones de mejora y seguimiento.
  • Definir y revisar planes anuales de 5S, autocontrol y limpieza.
  • Definir indicadores del área
  • Implementar acciones de mejora en instalaciones y procesos.
  • Garantizar la seguridad del equipo y el cumplimiento de normativas ISO 13485 y de Garantía de Calidad.
  • Controlar la calidad del producto y el proceso, incluyendo análisis de desviaciones e inventarios.
  • Analizar y liderar mejoras en productividad, lead time y BO.
  • Participar como miembro del equipo de emergencia.
  • Coordinar con mantenimiento las prioridades de intervención.
  • Analizar tendencias de INC y CCR, liderando acciones correctivas.

Tus competencias

  • Formación: Grado universitario
  • Idiomas: Valorable nivel de inglés B2.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: SAP, paquete Office.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en un puesto similar en entornos productivos.
  • Trabajo en equipo y resolución de incidencias.
  • Capacidad analítica y resolutiva.
  • Orientación al cliente y a objetivos.
  • Organización, planificación e iniciativa.
  • Proactividad y autonomía.
  • Habilidades comunicativas (escucha activa, empatía, asertividad).
  • Gestión de equipos y liderazgo.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido.
  • Resiliencia y adaptación al cambio.
  • Visión global del proceso e identificación ágil del impacto.
