Tareas

Buscamos incorporar Full Cycle Sales Consultants que contribuyan a consolidar el proceso de ventas inbound full cycle en un entorno altamente colaborativo.

Gestión de equipo (25%)

  • Establecer prioridades comerciales, asignar leads y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos individuales y colectivos.
  • Acompañar en llamadas, demos y negociaciones para acelerar cierres y mejorar la calidad del proceso.
  • Estandarizar buenas prácticas.
  • Velar por la correcta ejecución del proceso.

Venta directa (75%)

  • Gestionar los leads inbound que entran por nuestros canales.
  • Realizar demos, preparar propuestas comerciales y realizar seguimiento hasta el cierre.
  • Mantener el pipeline limpio y actualizado.
  • Garantizar una experiencia impecable al cliente.
  • Proporcionar feedback del mercado y de clientes al equipo interno.
Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa en ventas B2B, idealmente en entornos tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia como team lead (no es necesario haber llevado equipos grandes).
  • Trayectoria demostrable en procesos inbound y ventas full-cycle.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en estructuras pequeñas y en evolución.
  • Español nativo. Buen nivel de inglés, escrito y hablado.
