What You'll Do:

Join our Internal IT department as a permanent member of the Core Finance Tribe, where you will work on a strategic Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM initiative . You will act as the primary IT interface between Finance, Accounting, Intercompany, Tax & Consolidation teams and IT.

In this hands-on, hybrid role, you will capture, structure, and translate business needs into actionable system evolutions, ensuring alignment with the Oracle Fusion Core Model, IT standards, and roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and System Integrators, shaping solutions that are robust, compliant, and scalable.

This is a long-term opportunity: you will join IT as a permanent resource, contribute to a high-impact project, and continue to evolve with the department as the platform grows and new initiatives emerge .

  • Be the primary IT partner for business process owners in Consolidation, Intercompany, and Finance

  • Lead workshops to capture needs, identify pain points, and align demands with the Core Model

  • Translate requirements into clear, testable functional specifications

  • Review and validate integrator designs, configurations, and test scenarios

  • Support UAT, release readiness, and change delivery (impact assessment, test planning, defect triage)

  • Ensure solutions comply with SOX, audit, tax, and Core Model governance

  • Promote standardization, automation, and continuous improvement leveraging quarterly releases and Redwood UX/AI

  • Collaborate across IT streams and Finance teams to ensure end-to-end alignment and knowledge sharing

Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP/EPM functional analysis or business process consulting

  • Strong understanding of Consolidation processes, including Intercompany management

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM platforms

  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable system evolutions and challenge requests

  • Solid accounting and compliance knowledge (SOX, audit, tax)

  • Experience configuring consolidation rules, scripts, and modeling

  • Skilled at working with cross-functional and international teams

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Multi-GAAP/multinational experience

  • Exposure to BI/reporting tools (Oracle Analytics, Power BI) and Oracle tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View)

  • Familiarity with Redwood UX and quarterly release cycles

  • Prior experience with integration (OIC, API, middleware) or data migration

  • Knowledge of Agile/hybrid delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow)
