Description of function

As a Product Owner focusing on Development, you will lead the development and implementation of solutions to address core business challenges and enhance internal systems. Working closely with the Omniaccess Project Manager team, you will design, prioritize, and oversee the execution of projects aimed at optimizing processes and integrating various systems within the OmniAccess ecosystem. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the initiatives align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new solutions to meet internal and external needs.
• Prioritize and manage the development product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Design and oversee the implementation of software and process solutions to business problems.
• Assess and track the efficiency of implemented solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal users regarding developed systems.
• Collaborate on data analysis initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.
• Improve Development documentation by creating manuals and articles and keeping them up to date.
• Provide training to internal users on development technologies and systems.
• Proactively communicate process updates and system changes to the team and supervisors.

Desired knowledge and skills

• Excellent communication skills, especially in interacting with non-technical personnel.
• Extensive experience with API usage and creation.
• Creative problem-solving skills for process automation.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to use code repositories.
• Strong understanding of complex IT structures, systems, and dependencies.

Experience with and knowledge

• Certificate of Higher Education in Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in development or related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
• Experience using Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI.
