Product Manager

Job Description
You will join our Product team, contributing to the development and improvement of our product to simplify the user journey for both clients and suppliers during the contracting process. Working closely with experienced product leaders and cross-functional teams, you'll support the creation of solutions that enhance the user experience and drive product adoption.

Your LittleBig Responsibilities

• Support in analyzing market trends, user feedback, and competitor offerings to help identify new product opportunities.
• Assist in conducting product discovery activities and gathering insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to support initiatives focused on user acquisition and engagement.
• Contribute to defining and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Participate in the development, testing, and launch of new features and enhancements.
• Help track product metrics and user data to evaluate the performance of new features.
• Work within agile teams to ensure product initiatives are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Your Profile

• Experience in product management.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn data-driven approaches to product development.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 years minimum of experience in product management or related roles.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and/or design thinking is a plus.
• Interest in marketplace products or AI technologies is a bonus.
• Clear communicator, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Interest in technology, user experience, and the product development lifecycle.
• Self-starter attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with guidance.
• English and French fluent.
• Mastery of generative AI is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity.
