Sobre el rol

Serás responsable de idear, coordinar y ejecutar eventos y activaciones de marca que refuercen nuestra identidad, generen engagement y nos den visibilidad. Queremos sorprender, emocionar y dejar huella en nuestra audiencia, siempre con un enfoque innovador y alineado con las tendencias del momento.

Lo que harás

  • Identificar y cerrar partnerships estratégicos
    con marcas afines (patrocinios, colaboraciones, intercambios de valor, activaciones conjuntas).
  • Diseñar propuestas comerciales y creativas que conviertan a Huakai en un partner atractivo para marcas y sponsors.
  • Negociar acuerdos win-win, gestionando presupuestos, contraprestaciones y objetivos de cada colaboración.
  • Idear y ejecutar activaciones de marca en eventos deportivos, musicales, ferias, espacios urbanos o propios.
  • Liderar la relación con partners antes, durante y después de cada activación.
  • Coordinar la producción y logística de las activaciones, asegurando que se cumplan los compromisos adquiridos.
  • Optimizar cada acción para maximizar impacto, visibilidad y retorno para Huakai y sus partners.
  • Medir resultados y presentar informes de valor a marcas (KPIs de engagement, alcance, leads, conversión).

Lo que buscamos en ti

  • Perfil
    claramente comercial
    , con experiencia cerrando acuerdos y negociando con marcas.
  • Pasión por el marketing experiencial, eventos y activaciones de marca.
  • Capacidad para convertir ideas creativas en
    propuestas vendibles
    .
  • Experiencia gestionando colaboraciones, patrocinios o partnerships.
  • Seguridad comunicando, presentando y defendiendo proyectos ante marcas.
  • Mentalidad estratégica y analítica orientada a resultados.
  • Conocimiento de tendencias en marketing, publicidad y branded experiences.
  • Autonomía, proactividad y hambre por generar oportunidades.
  • Estar en posesión de permiso de conducir.
  • Disponibilidad fines de semana.
