We are seeking a talented and motivated Technology Portfolio Strategy Trainee/ Intern to join our team in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity to have a direct impact on our business and contribute to our growth in the technology sector.

What will be your challenges?

As part of the technology portfolio strategy team, you will become part of a team of problem solvers, helping to connect the complexity of the business strategy with the project execution while monitoring field impact. You will work with other cross-functional areas in innovating projects and regularly supporting reporting to our top management. As an example, some of the challenges for this role may include:

· Lead field and technology analysis of our extensive portfolio (+5 million customers), being able to structure and come up with actionable recommendations and guidelines.

· Support business analysis, converting large volumes of data into actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.

· Create on-demand business cases to understand the baseline and future scenarios of business development.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third parties to define solutions, document requirements, and implement complex initiatives to solve and achieve our technology organization's goals.

· Set strategic roadmaps and oversee rigorous project execution to ensure delivery according to business goals. Manage projects ensuring proper alignment and approvals are obtained from Business, Legal, Data privacy, and Infosec.

· Lead regular preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reporting to management teams and markets.

Qualifications
:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, science, engineering, or another technical and or economicrelated field Passionate about Technology with a basic understanding on how IT systems work and strong willingness to learn

· Strong business acumen with basic knowledge of the current situation and trends impacting the security industry

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, eager to apply logical and fact-based reasoning to support team projects and tasks.

· Comfortable with numbers and data tools, with the ability to assist in extracting and organizing insights from data sheets and other relevant sources.

· Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and thorough work in all tasks and projects.

· Collaborative and organized, with an interest in learning about project management processes and supporting the execution of strategic plans and typical PMO functions.

· Strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English, with a desire to learn effective presentation techniques and assist in conveying ideas clearly within the team (additional languages are a plus)

· Motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, eager to contribute to team goals while developing new skills..

· Proven experience in previous internships is a plus.
