Jefe de Proyectos Farma
Se desea incorporar un/a Jefe de Proyectos Farma en B. Braun Medical, S.A.U., en su central de Rubí, dependiendo del Responsable de Ingeniería Farma.
Responsabilidades
- Identificación y elaboración estudio de viabilidad de Proyectos de Inversión.
- Responsable de la ejecución de Proyectos asignados, especialmente en el ámbito de Packaging inclusive Inspecciones automáticas con IA
- Responsable de la planificación de Proyectos asignados de acuerdo a los estándares corporativos (PEM IT) dentro del entorno de Pharma
- Responsable de la correcta ejecución de todas las fases de ejecución de proyectos URS-DQ-IQ-OQ-SAT-FAT para la aceptación de maquinaria.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los responsables de las diferentes áreas centrales y departamentos corporativos o locales.
- Aplicar las mejores prácticas y metodologías de gestión de proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, los plazos y los presupuestos establecidos.
- Supervisar y coordinar el trabajo de los recursos asignados a los proyectos, tanto internos como externos, y resolver los posibles problemas o conflictos que puedan surgir.
- Integrar la actividad preventiva y medioambiental en el desarrollo de las tareas internas.
Requerimientos
- Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería
- Conocimientos en líneas de packaging inclusive inspección automática
- Se valorará Master en Project-Managment
- Experiencia mínima demostrable de 5 años en gestión de proyectos complejos y multidisciplinares, preferiblemente en el sector sanitario o farmacéutico.
- Conocimiento y dominio de las metodologías y herramientas de gestión de proyectos,
- Nivel elevado de inglés. Se valorará el conocimiento de alemán.
- Disponibilidad para viajar, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
- Habilidades personales de comunicación, negociación, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo, orientación al cliente y a los resultados, resolución de problemas y gestión del cambio.
