The Role

As a Content Coordinator, you'll be a key player for our content operations team. Your main responsibilities will be to keep our online product catalogue up to date. This means you'll be crucial in integrating and releasing new content providers and games, making sure all the content gets in accurately and on time, and helping deliver to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Provider Onboarding: Take ownership of the process for integrating new content providers into our back-office systems. This involves:
  • Liaising with the Partner team to receive information about newly signed providers.
  • Collaborating with the Connect team for the timeline of the integration of new providers in development and staging environments.
  • Upon notification from the Connect team, efficiently upload and thoroughly test new providers and their associated games in staging and production environments to facilitate their release.
  • Collaborating Across Teams You will actively participate in the planning and execution of new content and provider releases. This involves close collaboration with various internal teams, including Commercial, Design, Connect, and Account Management, to ensure successful launches.
  • Game Release ManagementProactively track and manage the release of new games from active providers, ensuring a smooth and timely deployment. This includes:
  • Monitoring communication channels (e.g., Slack, Telegram, Teams, email) for announcements of upcoming game releases.
  • Verifying the availability of all necessary design assets, product descriptions, and categorisation is accurate, well-organised, and readily available for new game launches.
  • Coordinating with relevant teams to ensure all elements are in place for the scheduled release date.
  • Internal and External Communication serves as a key point of contact for content-related inquiries and issues, both internally and externally with content providers. This also means working closely with our Customer Support (CS) team to help them address client-related content issues or concerns.
  • Provider Relationship Management Support the management of relationships with content providers to maintain a reliable and operationally effective flow of products.
  • Process Optimisation Contribute to the validation, refinement, and optimisation of the content strategy, processes, and roadmap priorities, utilising customer insights, relevant data, commercial performance, regulatory requirements, and competitive analysis.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues related to content or content providers, escalating when necessary and ensuring timely resolution.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and with external partners.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Nice to Have
  • Background in the iGaming industry.
  • Background in IT or experience working within IT development teams.
  • Knowledge or experience with automation and AI-powered workflows.
  • Experience with REST API.
  • Familiarity with Jira board and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a Scrum environment.
