Estamos desarrollando una 
aplicación web de diagnóstico asistido por inteligencia artificial en cardiología
. El producto se encuentra actualmente en una 
fase de MVP funcional

evolución hacia un sistema maduro de producción
, incorporando nuevas funcionalidades y reforzando la arquitectura.

Buscamos un/a 
Desarrollador/a Full Stack Senior
 que se incorpore al 
equipo actual de desarrollo
 y tenga un papel clave en la evolución del producto.

Qué harás

  • Integrarte en un 
    equipo de desarrollo ya establecido
    , trabajando sobre un producto real.
  • Liderar y contribuir a la 
    evolución de un MVP existente
    , incorporando nuevas funcionalidades con visión de largo plazo.
  • Desarrollar y mantener el 
    backend en PHP / Laravel

  • Diseñar y desarrollar el 
    frontend en
    .
  • Integrar la aplicación web con 
    servicios en Python
     (procesamiento, IA).
  • Mejorar y refactorizar el código existente conforme el producto crece.
  • Participar activamente en decisiones técnicas y de arquitectura.
  • Realizar revisiones de código y participar en debates técnicos.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con perfiles de IA y expertos de dominio.

Perfil que buscamos

Imprescindible

  • Más de 6 años de experiencia como 
    desarrollador/a full stack
     en sistemas en producción.
  • Amplio dominio de 
    PHP
     y experiencia sólida con 
    Laravel
    .
  • Experiencia contrastada con 

    .
  • Muy buen manejo de 
    JavaScript / TypeScript
    .
  • Experiencia sólida con 
    bases de datos SQL
    .
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar y evolucionar 
    bases de código existentes
    .
  • Experiencia trabajando en 
    equipos de desarrollo
    .
  • Criterio técnico y mentalidad de producto.

Valorable (nice to have)

  • Experiencia en 
    imagen médica (DICOM, PACS, Orthanc)
    .
  • Integración de 
    servicios backend en Python
    .
  • Conocimientos de APIs REST y arquitecturas de servicios.
  • Experiencia con Docker y despliegues en cloud.
  • Experiencia en entornos regulados o con datos sensibles (salud).
  • Haber participado en la evolución de un MVP hacia producto maduro.
