What we are looking for
We are looking for a highly analytical, data-driven profile, with strong experience in acquisition, conversion and revenue. This person will be able to lead the company's growth from strategy to execution, and will also coordinate external agencies.
This is not a "traditional marketing" role. It is a data-driven role with a strong focus on analytics, CRM, automation and reporting. The goal is to optimize the full funnel end-to-end (acquisition → nurturing → admissions/sales → revenue → long-term value).
We need someone who can build the foundation to scale mindway, based on a comprehensive marketing strategy and end-to-end funnel. We are looking for an experienced self-starter, who can work with limited guidance and takes ownership from day one. Aspects include building hypotheses, analysing data, identifying friction and opportunities, and turning all of that into practical decisions that have real business impact.
Experience in education, edtech or premium services is a plus.
Responsibilities
Growth & Revenue
● Define and implement the global growth strategy (acquisition + conversion + revenue).
● Build, audit and optimize the full funnel.
● Design quarterly plans focused on key metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV, pipeline and revenue).
● Identify growth levers based on data (segments, cohorts, pricing, channels, creatives and processes).
● Perform regular pricing analysis to position company in different markets accordingly
Performance Marketing
● Manage and optimize campaigns for digital marketing channels, including Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
● Design and run experiments (A/B testing, creatives, audiences, landing pages) ) to optimize performance marketing
● Coordinate external specialists/agencies and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Data & Analytics (Core of the role)
● Analyze and present data across sales and marketing from a variety of channels including the company's proprietary digital campus, the CRM system, the ERP system and data from multiple external providers such as marketing agencies. Continuously audit the pipeline: response times, conversion rates, lead quality and key friction points.

● Build BI dashboards and executive reporting with clear, actionable insights.
● Measure tests, cohorts and the full lead lifecycle.
● Monitor key KPIs: traffic, CPL/CPA, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, pipeline, revenue and LTV.
CRM, Sales Enablement & Automation (HubSpot)
● Advanced HubSpot management: pipelines, workflows, lead scoring and reporting.
● Design journeys: nurturing, follow-ups, lead routing and segmentations.
● Full alignment with Admissions/Sales to improve conversion to close.
● Define lead qualification criteria and follow-up protocols together with the sales team.
Conversion-focused Content
● Oversee landing pages, copy, emails and sales materials, with a conversion mindset.
● Manage the campaign calendar, communications and tactical actions.
Profile
● 5+ years in Growth / Marketing / Performance with a strong focus on metrics and business results.
● Strong analytics skills: GA4, GTM, tracking, attribution and dashboards.
● Experience in performance marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads).
● Strong knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, workflows, lead scoring and reporting).
● Data-driven mindset focused on efficiency and results.
● Ability to turn data into clear business decisions and actions.
● Excellent coordination skills and end-to-end funnel ownership.
● Fluent English, both spoken and written.
English requirement: an English level test will be part of the selection process.
Nice to have
● Experience in education, edtech or premium services.
● Experience with university admissions funnels and LTV.
● Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio), SQL or Python.
