About the role
This is a strategic opportunity to build and scale Balance's marketing engine during a critical growth phase. As the Marketing Growth Lead, you'll own the acquisition and retention strategy for our B2C platform, working directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams.
You'll take ownership of driving user acquisition across multiple channels while optimizing our customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value metrics. This role requires someone who can move fast, experiment relentlessly, and translate learnings into scalable growth strategies.
You'll join one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the European health tech space during its inception days, after having raised a strong seed series from Shilling, JME & Antai Ventures.

- Build our Balance Community
- Define and implement our tone of voice in all the channels, with strong focus on building organic content
- Own the complete B2C acquisition funnel — from channel strategy and campaign setup to optimization and scaling
- Lead performance marketing across paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) with focus on optimising CAC and LTV
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies, managing content distribution, SEO, and community engagement
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track acquisition metrics, LTV, CAC, retention, and other key KPIs
- Collaborate with Medical, Ops & Product to identify and implement growth opportunities within the platform
- Manage marketing budget allocation across channels, ensuring efficient spend and ROI
- Coordinate external agencies
You have to
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing roles, ideally in B2C digital health, wellness, or consumer SaaS
- Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) with strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution modeling
- Demonstrated ability to design organic and paid marketing strategies within a regulated clinical, pharmaceutical or life-science environment, ensuring full compliance with applicable regional regulatory and ethical standards
- Data-driven mindset with comfort owning and optimizing acquisition KPIs (CAC, conversion rate, LTV, payback period)
- Passionate about tech and AI
- Builder mentality: hands-on with campaign execution, creative briefing, and optimization
- Strategic thinking: ability to develop long-term growth strategies while executing tactics
- Bias for action and ability to move fast in a startup environment
You must
- Immediate availability to start and work full-time
- Work authorization in the EU (No visa sponsorship)
- Willingness to work from Madrid HQ with hybrid flexibility
