Responsible for providing guidance to employees and leadership on compliance matters, implementing and maintaining compliance programmes and policies, and conducting assessments of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Financial Crime risks. YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Support front employees and leadership in the implementation, advisory and supervision of Compliance matters

  • Perform client onboarding including assessment of KYC and Financial Crime risks

  • Conduct AML investigations when necessary

  • Support implementation and maintenance of global Compliance Programme and global standards

  • Draft local policies and procedures when required

  • Collaborate with key within and outside CRO stakeholders of the Group (Head Office and entities)

  • Instil a Compliance culture in employees in order to curb legal, regulatory, sanctions and reputational risks

  • Provide training and training materials in connection with Compliance and AML topics

  • Support Compliance projects and follow up on internal as well as regulatory audits

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong personality with good organizational and operational skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Independent, efficient, solution oriented and meticulous work method

  • Analytical skills

  • Team player with Strong sense of integrity and discretion

  • Perseverance and persistence

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and flair for IT

  • Several years of experience in a Compliance function

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in law, economics, business administration, or in any banking related subjects)

  • Professional certification or degree in Compliance field would be an advantage

  • Regulatory specific professional certification in Compliance area
