What will you do?Sus principales funciones serán las de dar apoyo y soporte al área de CRM & Customer Intelligence en las siguientes funciones:

• Activar la estrategia de customer journeys a través de la herramienta Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Crear push notifications.
• Abrir casos en backoffice de Salesforce.
• Ofrecer seguimiento y reporting de las campañas lanzadas.
• Gestionar solicitudes al departamento de contenidos via JIRA.

What are we looking for?

PERFIL Y EXPERIENCIA:

Buscamos una persona responsable y organizada, con ganas e ilusión de trabajar y de desarrollar una carrera sólida, con los siguientes requisitos:

• Formación: Estudiante de último año Grado de ADE, Economía, Turismo, Marketing, así como dobles grados de estos anteriormente mencionados.
• Experiencia: No requerida
• Idiomas: Inglés Alto
• Se valorarán conocimientos en: Marketing Digital y herramientas del paquete de Microsoft Office
