We are looking for a
Product Planning & Pricing
to strengthen our Product team. This role is critical in ensuring the competitiveness and profitability of our product portfolio through accurate execution, robust analysis, and data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

You will be part of the Product team and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing, managing day-to-day pricing and planning activities while contributing to volume optimization and forecasting accuracy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage pricing structures and product positioning across the portfolio.
  • Lead volume planning and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and production capacity.
  • Conduct scenario analyses and simulations to support strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations for management and internal committees.
  • Coordinate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to ensure consistency in pricing and volume assumptions.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of pricing and planning decisions during product launches and updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, planning, or product management (experience in the automotive sector is highly valued).
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with analytical tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cost structures, margins, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
