Buscamos incorporar un perfil de Marketing/Growth para liderar estrategias de marketing de lanzamientos y catálogo. El perfil debe tener experiencia en diseño de estrategias de marketing, preferiblemente vinculadas a la industria musical, con foco en crecimiento de audiencias, performance y reporting accionable.
Responsabilidades principalesMarketing & PR de catálogos y lanzamientos: briefings, plan de contenidos (short-form, visualizers), paid media, social, UGC creators.
Data & Business Intelligence definición de KPIs y dashboards por campaña; análisis de consumo, audiencia y rentabilidad por territorio; detección de oportunidades de mercado.
Project management end-to-end de cada lanzamiento: ownership del calendario, hitos y entregables; seguimiento de riesgos y reporting; label copy y coordinación con legal.
Definir y ejecutar la estrategias de lanzamiento: roadmap de singles/EP/álbum, formatos, nº de adelantos, orden y windowing, calendario, colaboraciones, pre-save/pre-order.
Distribución: altas de lanzamientos, pitch editorial, timeline de entrega, pricing/availabilities, seguimiento de incidencias y optimización de operaciones de distribución.
1-2 años en BI/marketing: experiencia en análisis de datos y creación de estrategias para capitalizar tendencias y oportunidades de mercado.
Capacidad organizativa y de liderazgo en la gestión de proyectos.
Excel/Sheets avanzado y herramientas de analítica musical (Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, YouTube Analytics; Chartmetric/Soundcharts/Luminate).
C1 inglés oral y escrito.
Experiencia en actividades discográficas en el sector de la música.
Conocimientos básicos de edición de audio/vídeo para entregables y adaptaciones.
Contrato laboral a jornada completa con incorporación inmediata.
Ubicación: presencial en Granada, en un espacio creativo recién inaugurado sin precedentes en la ciudad, con un diseño único, más de 1.000 metros cuadrados y equipado con estudios de grabación, vídeo y espacios para eventos.
