Job Description
We are looking for a creative and versatile
Marketing & Advertising Copywriter
to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers.
If you love crafting compelling messages, shaping brand voice, and working across multiple formats—from digital integrated campaigns and paid ads to social media and CRM—this role is for you.
But there's more: beyond pure marketing, you'll also collaborate closely with the wider Copy & Localisation team, helping to adapt and localise content for different markets, ensuring consistency, tone, and cultural relevance across touchpoints.

What your impact will be:
- Create persuasive, value-driven copy for multi-channel campaigns (email, display, push, social) to boost performance.
- Optimise content across touchpoints (landing pages, CRM, microcopy) to improve engagement and conversions.
- Adapt and localise content for different markets, ensuring both consistency and local relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable messaging that enhances the customer journey.
Qualifications
Your expertise:
- 2+ years of experience as a Marketing/Advertising copywriter with a portfolio focused on digital campaigns.
- Native-level English, with outstanding grammar and stylistic instincts.
- Proven ability to write short, snappy, and effective copy across formats.
- Experience working in international/multi-market environments is a plus.
- A keen eye for tone of voice, detail, and brand storytelling.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects.
- AI experience focused on scalability, templates, and quick go-to-market.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SEO, UX writing or localisation workflows is a bonus
- Good knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish for translation/transcreation purposes.
