We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant to join the team in Málaga (on-site). In this role, you'll represent a leading fashion brand, providing world-class support and helping customers with their orders, products, and services.

What you'll do

As a Fashion Support Consultant, you will:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
  • Log all case details into the management system and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain product and service knowledge related to the fashion brand you represent.
  • Escalate potential issues to your mentor or team lead when needed.
  • Follow all company processes and administrative procedures.
What we're looking for

You're a great fit if you:

  • Are fluent or bilingual in Finnish, with advanced English or Spanish.
  • Have strong customer care and problem-solving skills.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Are adaptable, proactive, and able to take ownership of each case.
  • Have basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet configuration).

  • Full-time, permanent contract (39h/week).
  • Rotating schedule: Monday–Sunday between 08:00–19:00.
  • Salary: €21,000 gross/year + up to €2,400 gross/year in bonus.
  • Centrally located office in Málaga.
