Buscamos un Planning Manager / Senior Planner para incorporarse a un contratista internacional líder en proyectos MEP, actualmente ejecutando uno de los proyectos de centros de datos más avanzados de Europa.

Aunque formarás parte de la plantilla de la empresa contratante, trabajarás integrado en el equipo del cliente final, colaborando con profesionales de primer nivel en proyectos de gran complejidad tecnológica.

FUNCIÓN Y RESPONSABILIDADES

El Planning manager tendrá a cargo un gran equipo de Planificadores en un proyecto de más de 150 millones de euros.

  • Gestionar y liderar un equipo de Planners (Graduados, Junior, Intermediate, Senior).
  • Asegurar una estructura de equipo clara con roles y responsabilidades bien definidos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos individuales y del equipo.
  • Planificación de proyectos utilizando Primavera P6 o Asta PowerProject.
  • Uso de herramientas como Excel, Power BI y Bluebeam para la elaboración de entregables diarios.
  • Desarrollar programas de pre-construcción, construcción y commissioning como parte del equipo del proyecto.
  • Realizar site walks semanales para asegurar el conocimiento actualizado del progreso del proyecto.
  • Mantener reuniones programadas y ad hoc con los equipos del proyecto para tratar cuestiones del día a día en obra.
  • Gestionar el ciclo de planificación y progreso del proyecto, impulsando la participación de todos los equipos.
  • Participar en reuniones formales e informales con todos los stakeholders: internos, cliente, proveedores, contratistas y subcontratistas.
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida y alineada entre el cliente y el equipo interno para asegurar la coherencia de los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Trabajar de forma transversal con equipos de Ingeniería, Compras, Construcción, QA, Turnover y otras funciones para identificar y resolver problemas antes de que escalen.

REQUISITOS Y EXPERIENCIA

  • Usuario avanzado de Primavera P6 o Asta PowerProject.
  • Experiencia sólida en construcción mecánica y eléctrica, idealmente en proyectos de data centers.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en Delay Analysis Techniques.
  • Conocimientos de BIM y del proceso de ingeniería, especialmente en fases de pre-construcción.
  • Conocimiento del proceso de QA Handover y del Commissioning (Cx) en fase de entrega.
  • Competencias para trabajar en entornos multinacionales y proyectos complejos.
