About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and highly organized
Head of Partnerships & Operations
to take ownership of the Spanish/Balearic market.

You will begin remotely, managing suppliers and operations, and after 3 months transition into running the Palma office and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities (Remote Phase – first 3 months)

Partnerships

  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with transport providers (bus, minibus, VIP, logistics).
  • Negotiate pricing, availability, and service standards.
  • Ensure strong, high-quality, long-term partnerships.

Operations

  • Handle incoming client requests (Spanish, German, or English).
  • Prepare offers, negotiate, and convert leads into bookings.
  • Solve operational issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and reporting.

Market Strategy

  • Research opportunities in Mallorca & mainland Spain.
  • Identify key segments, demand routes, and events.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office on market expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities (Office Phase – after 3 months)

Team Leadership

  • Help set up and organize the Palma office.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee new team members.
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations.

Business Development

  • Build and strengthen relationships with local partners.
  • Expand the supplier network across the Balearics and Spain.
  • Represent OsaBus in meetings, negotiations, and events.

Operations Management

  • Oversee bookings, service quality, and partner performance.
  • Resolve issues and improve internal processes.
  • Ensure top-level customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Based in Palma de Mallorca (or willing to relocate).
  • Strong experience in operations, partnerships, logistics, transportation, or tourism.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish or German.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently during the remote phase.
  • Leadership mindset with team-building ability.
  • Organized, reliable, and customer-oriented.

Contract and Salary

  • Starting salary: €1,200/month (self-employed phase)
  • First 3 months: Collaboration as self-employed (autónomo / freelancer)
  • After office opening: Transition to a regular employment contract
  • Bonuses: Based on performance, partner growth, and operational KPIs
