Sales Growth Consultant with Dutch

  • Achieve quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and maintain consistent daily activity
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to identify high-potential prospects
  • Present and explain solutions tailored to client needs
  • Execute outbound calls and emails, including cold calling, and connect with C-level decision makers
  • Analyze client challenges, gather requirements, and match them with Google Cloud solutions
  • Keep CRM data updated with leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Contribute to team and individual KPIs such as productivity, conversion, and pipeline growth
  • Document customer interactions clearly to ensure transparency across stakeholders

Requirements
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B, or business development, ideally in IT
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud Platform
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect needs with solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism
  • Comfortable working with quotas in a phone-based environment
  • Solid IT skills to navigate digital tools efficiently

Preferred Profile

  • At least one year of IT outbound sales experience
  • Proven success in cold calling and managing large account portfolios
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to identify key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Goal-driven, proactive, competitive, and resilient personality
  • Knowledge of local market and business environment
