We are looking for a professional with
extensive experience in video game development and human

simulation technologies
, capable of
leading the integration of a realistic and interactive metahuman into

our AI platforms.

-Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and implement a realistic metahuman with natural facial expressions and body

movements.


• Integrate Unreal Engine Metahuman Framework with real-time conversational AI systems.


• Build prototypes and interactive experiences in Unity and Unreal Engine.


• Optimize 3D models and animations to ensure smooth and realistic performance across multiple

devices (PC, VR, mobile).


• Collaborate with the AI, backend, and frontend teams to synchronize voice, gestures, and expressions

in real time.


• Ensure visual quality, performance, and system stability across environments.


• Explore new technologies (mocap, advanced rigging, AI-driven lipsync) to improve metahuman

realism.

-Requirements


• Proven experience (5+ years) in Unity and Unreal Engine.


• Expertise in Metahuman Creator, including rigging, animation, and lipsync pipelines.


• Advanced skills in 3D Modeling, Motion Capture, Shaders, and Cinematics.


• Experience integrating conversational AI with real-time 3D environments.


• Strong background in C++ and C# for scripting and engine module development.


• Experience with VR/AR and performance optimization across devices.


• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (AI, design, backend).


• Fluent in technical English.
