Job FunctionOverseeing the business operations to ensure smooth End-to-End customer experience and efficient deployment of resources/working capitalBusiness intelligence and commercial development for new opportunitiesGuarantee full market access and Government affairs management to secure earliest access to our products, price protection and tender management.Responsible for managing and coordinating all internal and external communication and public relations activities within the company, maintaining a positive company image and ensuring effective internal and external communication aligned with corporate objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly support GM in overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure high On-time-in-full delivery (OTIF) of products across the countries Spain and PortugalContinuously evaluate and improve processes to streamline operations, by direct contact with distributors to ensure proper execution of activities, monitor performance on cost-effective processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, CSO, QA, Marketing, finance and regulatory, to align business efforts with goals.Contribute to exploring new opportunities for acquisitions, licensing or copromotion, to boost our commercial opportunities.Liaise with external stakeholders to get earlier price and reimbursement status for new products, as well as price management for tenders and price reviews.Tender management and price strategy to maximize our value and avoid price erosion, according to the commercial situations.Arrange meetings, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on KPIs such as sales, inventory, and forecast.Internal and External Communication: design and management of Communication plan, including proactive communications, social media management, ensuring that all internal and external communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with corporate objectives. Required EducationBS/BA degree required, advanced degree in Science, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering Required Skills and ExperienceSubstantial experience (> 5 years) in commercial, operations management, or related fieldExperience in the pharmaceutical industry is of advantageExperience of working independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment is essentialStrong problem-solving skills regarding material related challenges along with effective decision making and implementation of solutionsAbility to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities while navigating organizational change within a regulated environmentOvercome obstacles and achieve key outcomes and follow through to get things done and deliver what is promisedExtensive experience in execution oriented operational rolesExperience of managing budgets with the ability to plan and manage profitabilityCapability to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to lead without authorities to influence internal and external stakeholdersPositive thinking and enthusiasmStrong computer literacy skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI systems and database management Required LanguagesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
