El Lead de Layout es el encargado de liderar al equipo de artistas del departamento para asegurar la base de los shots para el resto de departamentos, manteniendo una alta calidad técnica y artística.

¿Cuál será tu misión principal?

  • Liderazgo y gestión del equipo:

  • Prestar apoyo técnico a los artistas respecto a las dudas que puedan surgir durante el proyecto.

  • Orientar a los artistas en la interpretación de notas del supervisor del proyecto para conseguir la producción de los shots.

  • Gestión de las secuencias delegadas por el supervisor.

  • Funciones artísticas/técnicas:

  • Creación de las primeras versiones de los shots, así como producir los planos más complejos. Todo ello con una alta calidad técnica.

  • Funciones colaborativas:

  • Colaborar con los lead de otros departamentos para asegurarse que el producto final cumple con los requisitos del cliente.

  • Mentorizar a aquellas personas que se incorporen al equipo, en las herramientas y workflow de trabajo de la compañía.

  • Funciones de gestión de proyecto:

  • Imputar las horas destinadas a los diferentes proyectos.

  • En caso necesario, hacer revisión del material para dar feedback a los artistas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia previa de al menos 5 años como Layout Artist para proyectos de Animación 3D.
  • Dominio profesional en Maya.
  • Conocimientos básicos de cinematografía y audiovisuales.
  • Alta atención al detalle y habilidad para resolver problemas técnicos.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Posibilidad de trabajar en España.
