Senior Producer- Monopoly Go

Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to serve on and elevate our Monopoly GO  team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

The Monopoly GO team is one of our key franchises and has just become one of Scopely's largest games. The teams sit globally, with the bulk of their members located throughout Spain and the US.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Producer will be pivotal to delivering well tested and polished new innovative features, improvements and content on time and without crunch reporting directly to the Senior Director of Production. This person will lead development teams to success without needing day-to-day support or supervision. The candidate should be able to execute on a large problem space and be able to work through people to get to the end goal.

• Owning End to End feature team's development pipeline and process
• Responsible for feature development and delivery - on time and of highest quality
• Responsible for coordinating, organizing, moderating and controlling all production activities in the assigned feature team
• Covering standard Project Management layers such as planning, risk, resource, capacity and dependency management
• Leading and supporting the team in implementing and following Agile/Scrum way of working and mindset
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Content, Art, Localization, Economy Design, and Live Ops to align on goals and timelines
• Maintain up-to-date task tracking systems (Jira or equivalent) to reflect current sprint and delivery status
• Supporting to keep the team's motivation on a higher scale and raising flags in case of anomalies

What We're Looking For   

• 5+ years of Game Production experience (preferably Mobile)
• Strong experience in working with large multidisciplinary teams
• Enjoys working on live games, able to adapt and execute on the fly
• Strong organization and strategic skills
• Effective communication (written and verbal) that is assertive while empathic and diplomatic
• Unrelenting self-motivation and initiative
• Experience tracking a complex large scale project and providing insight and influence into how to deliver more effectively and mitigate risks
• Strong project and people management skills
• A strong passion for making top quality games that players love
