A Day in the Life

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. This separation provides our team with a bold opportunity to unleash our potential, enabling us to operate with greater speed and agility. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to combine hands-on recruitment delivery with the development of effective and scalable Talent Acquisition practices across MiniMed. This role is key to supporting business growth and building a robust TA operating model in a newly established organisation. This is 6 months Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate, technical, and commercial roles, aligned to business priorities
• Support international hiring across multiple countries and employment models
• Support the implementation and ongoing optimisation of MiniMed's Talent Acquisition operating model
• Support agency and vendor governance, including contracts, controls, and usage
• Support Workday ATS readiness, adoption, and optimisation of core hiring workflows
• Support onboarding alignment in partnership with HR Operations
• Support TA training and enablement for recruiters and hiring managers
• Contribute to employer branding, EVP, early careers, and strategic hiring initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement across TA tools, processes, and candidate experience

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Proven experience in an end-to-end recruitment or Talent Acquisition Partner role
• Experience contributing to TA initiatives such as systems, process improvement, RPO, or compliance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or regions preferred
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach with a strong bias toward delivery
