Platform Engineer

, you'll help shape the platform foundations that make this possible. You'll be part of our CloudOps team, evolving our traditional infrastructure into one that's fully AI-ready - ensuring that every model, agent, and AI workload we deploy is reliable, observable, and built to scale. Think of it as platform engineering with a modern AI twist: the systems you design will make AI deployment safe, repeatable, and fast across the entire business.

Forget long lists, here's what you'll actually spend your time on:

  • Building and maintaining the tooling that makes AI deployment secure, traceable, and repeatable, from evaluation frameworks to monitoring pipelines.
  • Developing systems for model and prompt versioning, performance tracking, and shared observability across teams.
  • Collaborating closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to ensure every AI service meets our reliability and governance standards.
  • Bringing a modern engineering mindset to CloudOps - automation, scalability, and clean, consistent design.

It's not about ticking every box. It's about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You'll do well here if you bring:

  • A strong background in platform or DevOps engineering, ideally with exposure to MLOps or LLM infrastructure.
  • Experience with cloud-native tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and observability stacks.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like LangSmith, Weights & Biases, or custom evaluation pipelines (bonus points if you've built your own).
  • A love for order, automation, and building reliable systems that make complex things simple.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Interviews will take place in Barcelona and you will be required to work in Barcelona two days per week.
