Permira is looking for a new hire to join the HR team, supporting global recruitment coordination across firm and portfolio hiring, based in Madrid. This individual will work closely with the global Recruiting team and play a key role in enabling efficient, high-quality hiring processes across the platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Support global recruitment across firmwide and portfolio hires, coordinating multiple processes simultaneously and driving completion within timelines
- Work closely with the global Talent team (primarily London-based) to ensure strong coordination and fluid communication
- Schedule interviews, update calls and assessments across global time zones, often with last-minute changes
- Own and manage the ATS system (Greenhouse) across all searches, ensuring trackers, interactions and CVs are accurately maintained in line with GDPR
- Ensure Talent Acquisition leads are fully prepared ahead of interviews (CVs, prep notes, materials)
- Provide timely updates to Talent Acquisition leads on live mandates across business lines
- Deliver a relationship-driven, high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
- Build rapport and collaborate effectively with the wider global and local teams
Key Competencies
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and confidence operating in a fully English-speaking environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance and often ambiguous environment
- Proactive, resilient and mature, with high emotional intelligence
- Relationship-driven mindset with a focus on candidate experience
- Strong time management and ability to prioritise effectively
- Working knowledge of standard Tech and applications (Microsoft 365, Zoom, Teams, ATS platforms)
Desired Experience
- 2–3 years' experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, executive search, or a similar assistant/coordinator role
- This is a hybrid role - the candidate must be based in Madrid and come into the office Tuesday-Thursday
- Experience in a high-performance environment; exposure to financial services or professional services advantageous
- Experience working in a global or multinational environment preferred but not essential
- Relevant university degree required
