Oxford Global Resources Consulting has an opening role for initial 6 months for an International Customer Service position in Barcelona Logistics and Export (International Sales).
This role is a 6 months project with our client, top leading HQ Pharma Company located in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order processing via phone, email, and SAP.
  • Managing shipments and deliveries with 3PL warehouses.
  • Handling returns and claims management.
  • Customer query resolution for both external and internal clients.
  • Influencing and optimizing customer purchasing behavior.
  • Coordinating order management and stock levels.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and timely processing of orders.
  • Providing regular updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Customer-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry or related.
  • In-depth knowledge of international export regulations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global logistics, specifically exports operations in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Certification in IATA.
