Senior / Lead Data Engineer
para unirse a nuestro equipo de Data en un momento clave de evolución y crecimiento.

Se trata de un
rol estratégico
, con impacto directo en producto y negocio, donde tendrás un papel activo en la definición de la arquitectura de datos y en la toma de decisiones basadas en datos reales.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

  • Diseñar, construir y mantener pipelines de datos robustos y escalables
  • Participar en la definición y evolución de la arquitectura de datos
  • Garantizar la calidad, fiabilidad y disponibilidad de los datos
  • Trabajar muy de cerca con equipos de producto, analytics y stakeholders técnicos
  • Contribuir activamente a la mejora continua del stack y de las buenas prácticas del equipo
  • Mentorizar a un equipo de 2 data engineer juniors

Requisitos

  • Experiencia sólida como Data Engineer en entornos productivos
  • Dominio de
    Python y SQL
  • Experiencia trabajando con
    Airflow
    u orquestadores similares
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas cloud (idealmente
    GCP y BigQuery
    )
  • Mentalidad de ownership, visión de negocio y orientación a impacto
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa en equipos multidisciplinares
