Customer Support Specialist

Buscamos un/a Customer Support Specialist con una fuerte orientación al cliente y excelentes habilidades de comunicación para incorporarse en nuestra nueva oficina de Barcelona. Una persona resolutiva, organizada y empática, que será responsable de gestionar consultas e incidencias de clientes a través de distintos canales, garantizando una experiencia positiva en cada interacción y contribuyendo a la satisfacción y fidelización de nuestros clientes.
Responsabilidades
● Gestión y resolución de consultas, incidencias y reclamaciones de clientes vía email, chat y teléfono.
● Seguimiento y resolución de las consultas asegurando tiempos de respuesta óptimos.
● Identificación de problemas recurrentes y propuesta de mejoras en la experiencia del cliente.
● Colaboración con otros departamentos para resolver incidencias complejas.
● Mantenimiento de relaciones positivas con los clientes y garantía de una experiencia excepcional.
Requisitos
● Experiencia previa en customer support o atención al cliente.
● Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
● Capacidad de resolución de problemas y gestión de incidencias.
● Orientación al cliente.
● Manejo de herramientas de gestión de clientes (CRM, ticketing systems, etc.).
● Organización, proactividad y atención al detalle.
