The Role

As FP&A Business Partner, you will be responsible for analyzing monthly performance, lead the Budgets and Forecasts for the business, provide value-driven insights and prepare the reporting package for the Directors.

What You'll Do

  • Own the long term plan, budgeting and forecasting process for the business
  • Prepare monthly management reporting packs with clear insights and commentary, tracking financial and non-financial metrics evolution.
  • Cost tracking & approval. You will suggest cost savings / synergies or revenue initiatives locally to improve the bottom & top line.
  • Build a TSA cost tracking framework covering fees, internal cross charges and one off separation activities. Monitor TSA cost evolution and opportunities.
  • Build ad hoc financial models to support strategic decisions.
  • Forecast cash flow needs together with Finance Controlling function.
  • Analyze processes, systems & tools, reports, recommending improvements where appropriate. Ensure critical dimensions for finance are considered in any financial transformation.

What You'll Bring

  • +5yr working experience in FP&A/Business Controlling roles
  • Strong finance background and ability to work independtly
  • Ability to manage stakeholders from different functions.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and analytics (Excel, Google Sheets, Powerpoint, ERP, BI tools as Qlik) to automate processes and generate insights for better decision-making is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Background in tech, start-up, or scale-up environments — you're comfortable building from scratch.
  • Growth mind set, you are analytical and data-driven.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and proactive — ambiguity energizes you.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
