Key Responsibilities

  • Assists the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, supporting consistent and high-quality service delivery across all touchpoints.
  • Interacts with guests throughout their dining experience, anticipating needs and ensuring service remains attentive and consistent.
  • Addresses guest concerns with a proactive and solution-focused approach, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Supports operational consistency and team coordination to ensure seamless service during all meal periods.
  • Oversees the functioning of the dining area and other designated service zones, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinates with the Culinary Team to ensure the timely delivery of food, with consistent quality and presentation aligned with brand expectations.
  • Ensures compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation guidelines and internal hygiene standards across all areas of responsibility.
  • Assists in the recruitment, training and day-to-day supervision of the Restaurant Team, promoting a supportive and guest-focused workplace culture.
  • Participates in performance evaluations and provides constructive feedback to support team development and service standards.
  • Supports team motivation through regular training, mentorship and clear communication of expectations around service delivery.
  • Collaborates with the Food and Beverage Manager and other departments to align on operational goals, guest experience enhancements and service consistency.
  • Reviews financial reports, including sales trends, cost of goods and labour, and identifies areas for operational improvement.
  • Liaises with hotel departments to support integrated guest experiences and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Attends team briefings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and team alignment.
  • Remains informed about industry trends, seasonal ingredients and evolving dining expectations to support menu innovation.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and professionalism in adapting to peak periods, special events and dynamic service demands.
  • Supports the overall goals of the food and beverage department through operational insight, guest engagement and team collaboration.

Requisitos:

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Forbes or Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)-rated properties will be advantageous, demonstrating a strong commitment to service standards.
  • Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing solid knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Strong command of health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and best practices in restaurant operations.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving financial goals, managing budgets and implementing cost controls without compromising on service or quality.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays, in line with the operational needs of The Pacha Group.
  • A welcoming and professional attitude that supports a positive guest experience.
  • Maintains a well-groomed appearance at all times, aligned with the group's grooming standards.
  • Demonstrates effective organisational and leadership skills, guiding teams and supporting day-to-day operations.
  • A proactive nature and eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the operation is executed to a high standard.
  • Builds strong connections with guests and Pacha Family Members alike through effective interpersonal skills.
