- Provide 1st-level IT support via phone, email, chat, and self-service portal
- Assist employees with system operations and troubleshooting
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues remotely
- Monitor and categorize IT tickets in the ITSM system
- Use internal knowledge databases for efficient issue resolution
- Collaborate with 2nd-level support teams and external providers
- Fluent in Danish (C1/C2 level) both written and spoken
- Good command of English (B2 level)
- Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, ideally in a large company environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams
- Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- High customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
