work orders complejas, planificación avanzada, movilidad, activos, acuerdos, integraciones con ERP/IoT y automatización con Power Platform
. Tenemos experiencia en cliente y proyecto retadores e interesantes.

Buscamos un/a
Consultor/a Funcional Senior
que haya vivido
implantaciones reales y exigentes
(mínimo
3–4 proyectos complejos end-to-end
) y quiera liderar entregas con impacto, desde el diseño hasta el go-live.

¿Qué harás en el día a día?

  • Liderar la implantación funcional end-to-end
    de Dynamics 365 Field Service: discovery, diseño, configuración, UAT, go-live y estabilización.
  • Dirigir
    workshops
    con negocio,
    levantamiento de requisitos
    , mapeo de procesos y
    fit/gap
    (retando y proponiendo mejoras, no solo "recogiendo").
  • Diseñar el modelo de servicio en Field Service:
    Work Orders
    ,
    Incident Types
    ,
    Service Tasks
    ,
    Bookings
    ,
    Agreements
    ,
    Assets
    ,
    Resource Requirements
    ,
    territorios
    , etc.
  • Liderar la
    planificación y despacho
    (Resource Scheduling Optimization si aplica), definición de
    roles
    ,
    seguridad
    ,
    auditoría
    y gobernanza.
  • Implantar y optimizar
    Field Service Mobile
    (online/offline), experiencia del técnico, partes/consumos, checklists, firma, evidencias.
  • Definir integraciones con
    ERP / sistemas externos
    (API, colas, datamaps, eventos), coordinándote con arquitectos y developers.
  • Diseñar automatizaciones con
    Power Automate
    y extensiones con
    Power Apps
    (canvas/model-driven) cuando haga falta.
  • Elaborar entregables clave:
    FDD
    , historias de usuario, criterios de aceptación, plan de pruebas, plan de formación, documentación y handover.

Requisitos (imprescindibles)

  • Seniority real
    : al menos
    3–4 implantaciones complejas de Dynamics 365 Field Service
    (idealmente end-to-end).
  • Dominio funcional de Field Service:
    work order lifecycle
    , scheduling/dispatch, agreements, assets, movilidad, inventario/partes (según alcance).
  • Capacidad para liderar: workshops, toma de decisiones, gestión de expectativas y relación con cliente.
  • "Mentalidad consultora": convertir necesidades de negocio en una solución estándar
    con el máximo OOTB
    , minimizando custom innecesaria.

Muy valorable (plus)

  • Certificación o preparación
    MB-240
    (Field Service) /
    PL-200
    (Power Platform).
  • Experiencia con
    Customer Service / Sales
    en ecosistemas CE y procesos cross-módulo.
  • Conocimiento de integraciones (Azure/Logic Apps/Functions), Dataverse, ALM (solutions, entornos, pipelines).
  • Experiencia en sectores industriales / GMAU / servicios con alta operativa (técnicos en campo, SLAs, rutas, activos, mantenimientos).
