We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us shape how millions discover Yazio's value for the very first time. You'll join a collaborative, data-informed and caring crew united by one mission: help more users start their journey with confidence and excitement.

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

YOUR MISSION

Create simple, beautiful and effective experiences that help users understand Yazio's purpose within their first moments in the app.

You'll explore how design can elevate onboarding, activation and early retention—blending craft with curiosity and always designing with data in mind.

• Design, prototype and refine onboarding and activation flows that help users feel Yazio's value fast
• Lead and co-lead ideation sessions, translating sparks into structured design opportunities
• Bring behavioral insight into every decision—always knowing why something works
• Collaborate closely with engineers to turn intent into seamless, joyful experiences
• Improve early diary and summary screens to keep engagement alive beyond first use
• Evolve how we use gamification and motivation design to create lasting momentum
• Balance speed with quality—keeping design excellence high in an experiment-driven space

YOUR PROFILE

You're a hands-on designer who loves connecting craft, data and purpose. You understand how people think, and you use design to help them move, feel and stay.

• Solid experience in mobile product design, ideally with consumer-facing apps
• Proven impact improving onboarding, activation or retention in freemium or subscription products
• Strong visual design and UI craft—a portfolio that shows clarity, beauty and intent
• A curiosity for data and experimentation—you learn from results and turn them into new ideas
• Confident collaboration with PMs and engineers—explaining your thinking clearly
• A deep interest in user motivation and behavioral design, connecting psychology with product value

Bonus points for:

• Have led ideation sessions or creative workshops
• Know your way around gamification or habit loops
• Enjoy light user research or competitive analysis
• Have a personal passion for health, fitness or nutrition
