Business Analyst – Procurement (Bilbao, Hybrid)

Are you a Business Analyst who turns real business needs into smart, SAP-based solutions? Join Sibelco in Bilbao to streamline and digitalize Procurement across our global operations. Hybrid (3 days on site) with relocation support (for people living outside Bilbao).

You'll partner with stakeholders to translate needs into functional specs, manage change requests, and drive adoption and continuous improvement across purchasing processes and tools. In Procurement you'll work primarily on SAP (e.g., SAP MM, SAP Invoice Management/VIM, Enterprise Scan, Pagero/EDI) and collaborate around S/4HANA, SRM, Zycus (contracts) and e-catalogue portals integrated with SAP.

Location: Bilbao (Hybrid – 3 days on site)

Relocation support available for candidates living outside Bilbao.

About the Role

As Business Analyst – Procurement, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into functional SAP specifications, manage change requests, and drive adoption and continuous improvement across purchasing processes and tools.

You'll work primarily with SAP solutions (e.g., SAP MM, SAP Invoice Management/VIM, Enterprise Scan, Pagero/EDI) and collaborate around S/4HANA, SRM, Zycus (contracts), and e-catalogue portals integrated with SAP.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze requirements; translate them into clear SAP functional specifications.
• Support solution design, testing (UAT), go-live, and continuous improvement.
• Own change requests; coordinate with IT and key users to ensure quality delivery and adoption.
• Promote standardization, data quality, and process automation across Procurement.

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, including Procurement/Supply Chain or ERP environments.
• Hands-on SAP experience (SAP required; SAP MM preferred).
• Practical understanding of Procurement processes (Procure-to-Pay, vendor and contract management).
• Strong communication: you'll present SAP solutions to non-technical stakeholders and create documentation that bridges business and IT languages.
• Stakeholder management, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Fluency in English.
