Cuál es el reto que te proponemos?

Como business consultant, asumirás la responsabilidad operativa de los proyectos, definiendo y llevando a cabo todos los pasos necesarios en cada una de las fases del proyecto conjuntamente con el equipo de gestión y el cliente:

  • Identificación de problemáticas
  • Realización de análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos
  • Supervisión del equipo de analistas
  • Obtención de conclusiones y elaboración de recomendaciones
  • Reporte al equipo de gestión
  • Presentación de conclusiones del proyecto al cliente

¿Qué esperamos por tu parte?

  • Experiencia profesional de entre 0 y 2 años en empresas de consultoría de negocio y estrategia. Se valorarán conocimientos y experiencia dentro del sector de Servicios Financieros
  • Formación Universitaria preferiblemente en Ingeniería, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, y Económicas. Se valora positivamente un Máster o MBA.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de herramientas (R, SQL, Power BI, etc.) y metodologías (Lean, Agile, etc.)
  • Se requiere alta capacidad de compromiso y proactividad, buena capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados, habilidades interpersonales y espíritu de cooperación y trabajo en equipo proactividad, orientación a resultados
  • Dominio del español e inglés nivel negociación. Se valorarán otros idiomas (francés, italiano, portugués)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar de forma local o internacional
  • Modelo de trabajo híbrido, con 50% de home office
